This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and who is involved. It reflects what the site actually does. It is deliberately short because the site does very little with your data.

Who we are

This website, hillelberg.com, is operated by Roselle Berg LTD, a company registered in Israel, trading as Hillel Berg Email Marketing. For any privacy question or request, email rosellebergltd@gmail.com.

What we collect, and why

Only two things:

• Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as how many people visit a page. It is cookieless, it does not track you across other sites, and it does not build a personal profile of you.
• The audit form. If you fill out the audit form, the information you enter (for example your name, email, and details about your store) is collected and stored by Typeform, our form provider. We use it only to read and respond to your request. We do not sell it or pass it on to anyone else.

That is the full extent of it. There is no newsletter, no advertising pixels, no Google Tag Manager or AdSense, no accounts or checkout, and no tracking cookies.

Third parties

Two services help run the site, and your data is handled under their own privacy policies:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics above. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Typeform powers the audit form and stores what you submit through it. See Typeform's privacy policy.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. The only people who see what you submit through the audit form are us, so we can reply to you.

Your rights

This site is available internationally, including to visitors in the EU and the UK. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email rosellebergltd@gmail.com and we will take care of it. Because we collect so little, this is usually a quick request to handle.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you personally. Audit form submissions are kept only as long as we need them to respond to your request and follow up on it, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time using the email above.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
